What happens to your information

When you choose to send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp shares your name, phone number, and message with CeroLab. CeroLab uses them to reply and decide whether to discuss an engagement. WhatsApp processes the message under its own privacy policy.

Do not send accounts, customer lists, leases, licences, names, financial information, or other confidential material in the first message. If an engagement proceeds, its signed terms will define secure transfer, access, retention, and deletion.

Enquiry messages are kept only while they are needed to respond, manage any resulting engagement, or meet a legal obligation. You can ask what is held, request a correction, or request deletion through the same WhatsApp contact.
